The new staircase will extend to the ground floor. The current inefficient layout of the basement area will be rationalized.
R. Expanded Dining Room
To serve our growing brotherhood, the dining room will be expanded to allow additional seating. New doors and windows will retain the views out to the gorge.
S. New Kitchen Service Area
The dishroom/service area will be shifted for improved efficiency.
T. Expanded Kitchen
The kitchen and new Steward Closet will be expanded and modernized, to help feed our growing chapter.
U. Optimized Storage and Utility Space
The current, inefficient layout of the basement will be rationalized, eliminating wasted space and improving storage, laundry, and utility areas.
V. Rathskeller Maintained
The bar area will be maintained as a rathskeller.
