Why overpay for a dull Collegetown sublet? If you will be in Ithaca over the summer, Lambda Chi Alpha offers an excellent value on lodging convenient to campus and Collegetown. By staying at our house at 125 Edgemoor Lane, you enjoy many advantages:

• Great Location – Lambda Chi Alpha is the closest fraternity to Collegetown, directly across the gorge at the end of Eddy Street. We’re only a 3-minute walk to the Straight, West Campus, or the Engineering Quad, and 10 minutes to the Arts Quad or the Statler. Even better, we’re located directly on the incredible Cascadilla Gorge, with a patio overlooking the waters and a gazebo that affords one of the best views around.
• Low Rent – You pay only $1,200 for the entire summer ($450 per month for all of June and July, and $300 for August 1–15.) Even better, the cost is reduced for doubles. The average sublet is significantly more per month and doesn’t include utilities or the many amenities that Lambda Chi has to offer.
• Your Choice of Rooms – You can pick out the room with the size, exposure, and other features you’d like to have before you sign your contract (subject to availability). Each room has a telephone connection, cable jack, refrigerator, desk, and bed and includes 2 connections to the 100 Mbps house network and 7.2 Mbps Verizon DSL Internet Connection.
• Free Use of Facilities – You have full privileges to use our kitchen, washer/dryer, cable television in the common areas, pool table, ping-pong, domed hockey and foosball tables, bike storage, and more.
• Free Parking – Why pay for summer parking? Live at the house and park for free (summer parking is available separately to non-residents for $150).
• Women’s Facilities – We have a separate women’s bathroom. In addition, if we expect four or more female tenants, segregated floors may be negotiated upon request.
